Return Policies:

    For your convenience, we have return policies for both in-store and online purchases. If you have any questions about the following, please be sure to give us a call or drop us an email.

Online Policy
The below policy referring to in-store purchases applies to all online purchases with some minor differences. These are:

• Any merchandise over $100 can be returned up to 14 days. (Guitars, amps, digital pianos, etc.)
• Anything refunded after 14 days will be done so in the form of store credit. (See below for details.)
  

In-Store Policy

• Non-Returnable Items

1. Special Orders: All special orders are non-returnable.
2. Copyright protected materials: Music, videos, software, ...
3. Personal use items: Reeds, harmonicas, pitch pipes, ear plugs, ...
4. Recording media: CD-Rs, DVD-Rs, ...
5. Disposable items: Cleaning supplies, care products, rosin ...
6. Merchandise that requires delivery or setup.

• Store Credit Only

1. Microphones, wireless products, recording equipment, ...

• All boxed items

1. If the factory seal is broken, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

• Band Instruments

1. A minimum shop charge of $35.00 will be accessed to cover the expense of returning the instrument to a playable, rent-able form. (Cleaning, sanitizing, repairing, ...)

• Rental(s): No rental money will be returned.
• Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy must be clearly denoted in writing at the time of purchase.

Store Credit

1. Applicable within 30 days of store purchase.
2. Merchandise must be in new condition.
3. Customer must have a copy of store receipt.
4. A re-stocking fee may apply on certain merchandise. Call to inquire.

Logistics

1. There is a 10 day waiting period for any refund if the original purchase involves a check.
2. Store refund will be in the form of a company check if item exceeds $75.00
3. Merchandise purchased on any form of credit/debit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, etc.) will be credited back to the issuing card.
4. Store credit will be in the form of a gift certificate, valid for one year from the time of issuance.
